What kind of event is the Gala?

The Gala is a heartfelt fundraising event that sustains the operating costs of our three Centers, allowing us to serve over 200 women each week. It’s an evening of inspiration, connection, and meaningful support for life-affirming care.

How can I attend the Gala?

Guests can attend by sponsoring or hosting a table, being invited by a table sponsor, or purchasing individual tickets. 

  • Table sponsorships range from $1,000 to $4,000 and accommodate 8 to 10 guests. 
  • Individual tickets are $150 per person or $275 per couple. Every ticket includes two cocktail vouchers, a three-course meal, an inspiring keynote speech, and a special Gala favor.

What are the differences between the table sponsorship levels?

  • Gold tables provide standard seating for 8 and may be hosted or underwritten at $1000.
  • Gold Plus tables seat 10 guests and may be hosted or underwritten at $1250. 
  • Platinum tables, $2500, are placed in a preferred section and include two tickets to a private meet-and-greet with keynote speaker Marc Newman and other honored guests during the reception. 
  • Premier tables $4000, offer premium seating and the opportunity to dine with guests of honor, including Marc Newman, Bishop Emeritus Olmsted, and the Sisters of Life. Premier sponsors also receive two meet-and-greet tickets during the cocktail hour.

What’s the difference between hosting and underwriting a table?

A host invites guests to join their table, ideally those who may be inspired to support the Center’s mission with a gift. An underwriter, on the other hand, helps cover the cost of the event and allows Aid to Women Center to fill the table with guests who are aligned with our life-saving work.

Are there other sponsorship or underwriting opportunities?

The average gift made during the evening was $1,610 per couple

Can I still attend if I’m unable to give at that level?

Yes, you are absolutely welcome to attend. However, it’s important to understand that the gala is first and foremost a fundraising event, and your support is essential. Each table has a giving goal of $6,000- $8,000, which directly helps cover Aid to Women Center’s annual operating costs—supporting free medical care, counseling, ultrasounds, and resources for women facing unplanned pregnancies. If you're not able to give at that level personally, we encourage you to invite friends or family to join you in reaching that goal. What is the appropriate attire for the Gala?

Cocktail attire or your Sunday best is perfect for the evening. We encourage guests to dress in a way that feels celebratory and respectful of the occasion — elegant. Think suits, dresses, or dressy separates. No need for black tie, but feel free to dress up a bit!

What can I expect from the Gala experience?

Expect an evening filled with inspiring stories, warm company, delicious food, and a powerful message. The Gala is a prayerful and uplifting celebration that gives you the opportunity to make a tangible difference in the lives of mothers and their unborn children.
