What kind of event is the Gala?

The Gala is a heartfelt fundraising event that sustains the operating costs of our three Centers, allowing us to serve over 200 women each week. It’s an evening of inspiration, connection, and meaningful support for life-affirming care.

How can I attend the Gala?

Guests can attend by sponsoring or hosting a table, being invited by a table sponsor, or purchasing individual tickets.

Table sponsorships range from $1,000 to $4,000 and accommodate 8 to 10 guests.
Individual tickets are $175 per person or $300 per couple. Every ticket includes two cocktail vouchers, a three-course meal, an inspiring keynote speech, and a special Gala favor.

What are the differences between the table sponsorship levels?

Gold tables provide standard seating for 8 and may be hosted or underwritten at $1,000.
Gold Plus tables seat 10 guests and may be hosted or underwritten at $1,250.
Platinum tables, $2,500, are placed in a preferred section and include two tickets to a private meet-and-greet with keynote speaker Toni McFadden and other honored guests during the reception.
Premier tables $4,000, offer premium seating and the opportunity to dine with guests of honor, including Toni McFadden, Bishop Dolan, Bishop Emeritus Olmsted, and the Sisters of Life. Premier sponsors also receive two meet-and-greet tickets during the cocktail hour.

What’s the difference between hosting and underwriting a table?

A host invites guests to join their table, ideally those who may be inspired to support the Center’s mission with a gift. An underwriter, on the other hand, helps cover the cost of the event and allows Aid to Women Center to fill the table with guests who are aligned with our life-saving work.

Are there other sponsorship or underwriting opportunities?

Can I still attend if I’m unable to give at that level?

Absolutely, you are warmly welcome to attend. While our gala is a beautiful evening of fellowship and celebration, it is also Aid to Women Center’s primary fundraising event, and the generosity of our guests makes our mission possible.

Each table is encouraged to work toward a collective giving goal of $6,000–$8,000, which directly supports the annual operating needs of Aid to Women Center. Some tables may give more and some less, and every contribution is deeply appreciated.

Many guests choose to invite friends, family, or colleagues to join them in supporting the mission together. We also offer a Resource Guide with helpful fundraising ideas for those who would like assistance preparing in advance.

Cocktail attire or your Sunday best is perfect for the evening. We encourage guests to dress in a way that feels celebratory and respectful of the occasion — elegant. Think suits, dresses, or dressy separates. No need for black tie, but feel free to dress up a bit!
